about us

our story

Granada means pomegranate in Spanish, and we know that breaking something open or gently cracking it—as you do with a pomegranate—creates a whole new view. How can we help you look at your challenge differently and find the many pieces inside of it?

Granada Group offers consulting and coaching services for clients around the world. We provide global leaders with the guidance they need to help them identify a meaningful goal, efficiently strategize how to get there, and get to results. Whether your goal is a career change, leveling up how you lead, or figuring out what the goal is, we are here to support you.

Our Founder, Anna Sparks, does consulting and coaching differently—centering you, your organization, and your context. So, if you’re looking to take your leadership skills to the next level, improve your presentation skills, or prepare for a career change, our coaching can equip you with the confidence and direction you need to excel. We believe wholeheartedly in you and your superpowers. If you don’t know what yours is, we’ll help you find it.

Granada Group provides consulting and coaching services based on transparent, authentic partnerships. We develop trusting relationships first and then provide tailored services based on your exact needs.

Meet Our Founder

Anna Sparks, Founder

A good listener. Quick. Compassionate. Creative. Efficient. A planner.
In short, Anna gets it done and does it in a way that works. With Granada Group, she is building an organization that does consulting and coaching differently, centering you, your organization, and your context. After working for a Big Four consulting firm, Anna has seen the way money and time can be wasted by applying a strict methodology to every problem or thinking, “I’ve seen this before, and here’s the answer.” She’s seen coaches build relationships with leaders and end up steering the ship. That’s not the way Anna and her team do it.

Anna focuses on you, your strengths, and your context. She is able to put herself in your position and support you in leveraging your strengths and building your confidence to address your challenges head-on. Anna doesn’t wave the magic wand—she helps you find your own magic wand and use it with precision.

Anna’s career has unfolded across four continents and the government, non-profit, and private sectors. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), a Deloitte Facilitator Excellence (DFX) trainer, and certified in EQi 2.0/EQi 360. She is also a graduate of Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership (Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching), Syracuse University (Master in Public Administration), and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
