Our Founder, Anna Sparks, does consulting and coaching differently—centering you, your organization, and your context. She is able to put herself in your position and support you in leveraging your strengths and building your confidence to address your challenges head-on. Anna doesn’t wave the magic wand—she helps you find your own magic wand and use it with precision.
Anna’s career has unfolded across four continents and the government, non-profit, and private sectors. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), a Deloitte Facilitator Excellence (DFX) trainer, and certified in EQi 2.0/EQi 360. She is also a graduate of Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership (Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching), Syracuse University (Master in Public Administration), and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
